Nirvana , is a Relationship u0026amp; parental coach, training, consultant specializing in the field of Human resources development u0026amp; soft skills. She has worked in the training field for 13 years ,including international organizations , NGOs u0026amp; corporates . She trained different cultures u0026amp; nationalities in different countries. She has been working with PDF organization for building the capacities of 60 different NGOs. She worked with UNwomen, UNFPA , ILO on developing and delivering curriculums for safe communities and building characters of future leaders. Developed u0026amp; delivered Leadership , mentoring u0026amp; coaching, performance management , self-assessments u0026amp; different tools for EVA Armanious Group.

She worked on developing different training materials u0026amp; was a training consultant for CARE Egypt , International Sports Association to develop u0026amp; deliver a Sports for Development curriculum which has been conducted in different Egyptian cities for two consecutive years. For these and other clients , she has conducted TNAs using different methodologies, developed u0026amp; delivered different character building inductions. She has also been working as a learning facilitator for different groups covering different topics.
