I am a talented and passionate coach, trainer, consultant u0026amp; entrepreneur; with an extensive experience in sales, project management, sports for development and training development.

With over 6 years of experience in the coaching field, I have coached and mentored hundreds of people in many fields and with various backgrounds, offering them assistance in their life, business and career choices. My rich career path has exposed me to a great deal of practical knowledge which has enabled me to coach more than 50 organizations to design their strategic path.

I started off my career as a medical representative in one of the most prestigious pharmaceutical companies worldwide where I learned a lot about life and people. After 8 years of blood, sweat and tears, not to mention great achievements, I couldn’t resist the passion burning within me towards training and development. So I made the hard decision to quit and leave my comfort zone to pursue the dream I’ve always wanted.

I worked as a professional Trainer with Dale Carnegie for 1.5 years through which I delivered many training programs on various topics.

Afterwards, I got the opportunity to work as a full-time project manager where I fulfilled my passion in using sports as a tool for social development. That was backed up by 13 years of pioneering the sports for development in Egypt and the Arab world where I started a network of more than 300 volunteers which served hundreds of organizations and NGOs and thousands of kids, teens, and adults to improve their life by using sports.

And like the famous saying; take the first step and the rest of the road will unveil, my bold career shift has brought me much closer to my dream when I joined 3 of my friends to co-found Aspire Training Solutions.

Aspire has prospered greatly since our launch in 2007 and now is serving the community on many levels delivering training programs, business simulations and coaching to leaders all around Egypt and very soon, all around the globe.
